Préfab

Les bâtiments Préfab offer kit cottages for self-assembly or assembly by a contractor. A collection of 3 Scandinavian-style cottages with clean lines joins their more classic models. Featuring large windows, an open-plan living area, a roof terrace for the master bedroom, a covered outdoor area for a dining room or summer lounge, and a large terrace at the rear, this collection comes in three models that can accommodate between 2 and 8 people. Closed interior storage is integrated to keep the visible spaces uncluttered. A laundry room has been designed close to the bedrooms for added convenience. A shed integrated into the building provides practical storage for sports equipment, bicycles and tools.

FABEST

FABEST manufactures ready-to-finish homes. In other words, the structure is built in the factory, the building is installed on your site, and all the finishing work is done by the customer to personalize their cottage. The shell is delivered with insulated walls, floor structure, asphalt shingle roof, ceiling insulation, foundation insulation, interior partitions, doors and windows. Then it's your turn to take care of the carpentry, plumbing, heating, flooring and walls. This is the principle of self-build. By choosing your own subcontractors or doing the work yourself, you'll make substantial savings. Of course, FABEST's experienced team will be with you every step of the way, offering you the benefit of our extensive network of suppliers and professionals, and helping you to obtain the permits you need to build your cottage.
