The Eastern Townships, also known as Estrie, is located on the outskirts of the United States. Three national parks are present: Mont-Megantic National Park, Mont-Orford National Park and Frontenac National Park. The hike in the beautiful hiking trails is very popular and the many lakes with their waterfront attract boaters every summer. The two wine routes also captivate winegrowers with its many renowned vineyards.
In winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts are delighted by this region which offers several trail options for beginners and experts. Several ski slopes are also available, including Ski Bromont, Mount Sutton and Mont Orford. Eastern Townships is a beautiful region to rent a cottage, and this in all seasons!
