The house is located close to the small village of Fitch Bay, 5 minutes from the famous Bleu Lavande and about fifteen minutes from Magog. It is a luxurious chalet with great comfort and multiple amenities.

question asked by email. There are two large baths and even a very accessible spa/hot tub outside. The cottage is finished in high quality materials. It is but a short walk to a small shop which was a nice walk in the morning and very lucky to be so close. It must be said that there are a lot of cottages to rent in the region but none as close to a corner store for forgotten items yet you’d never know it was there. No noise. Total peace. We will definitely stay in this cottage again. I gave this a 5 star rating because I feel like it's more about the package and the full holiday due to the proximity of many activities rather than just the cottage itself. The cottage is beautifully rustic, but at the same time luxurious contemporary. You really have to see it. The pictures do not do the reality justice. It's definitely worth the cost. MAXIMUM ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
The number of occupants identified in the rental confirmation email must not be exceeded without the authorization of the administrators of Le Fitchbay chalet
a. The tenant is responsible for renting the rented cottage and its contents. He also assumes the full and entire responsibility of the persons to whom he allows access during his stay.
b. Occupants must behave in such a way as not to disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood living near the rented residence.
c. Under no circumstances may the landlord be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant as a result of accident, delay, costs incurred, injury, death or events resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure and beyond the landlord's control; and the landlord will not be subject to any claim or prosecution in court for such damage or loss.
d.The landlord will not be held responsible for any interruption out of his control of electricity services, running water, spa operating problems, the availability of activities or services offered by third parties or Internet service.
e. The landlord assumes no liability for damage, loss or theft in respect of the personal effects of the tenant and its guests.
CONDITIONS RELATING TO the reservation
a. 50% of rental costs must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable 15 days before arrival on the premises.
b. Checks must be made to the attention of: Investissement Ross (08) Labelle inc. and be posted at 6400 bc Auteuil, Suite 210, Brossard, qc, Canada, J4Z 3P5
c. All payments must be sent within 10 days after the reservation by post-dated checks.
a. a $ 1000 security deposit will be payable by bank transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to arrival at the venue.The deposit will be released upon your departure after inspecting the premises. Breakage, damage or theft from your stay may result in repair or replacement costs. If necessary these costs will be charged automatically and taken from the security deposit. Any lack to be filled will be payable within 10 days after the issuance of the damage invoice.

the arrival time is scheduled to 16:00 and departure before 12:00. You will receive an email before your arrival on the premises containing an access code giving access to the property.
a. The deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay is non-refundable
b. In case of cancellation, the deposit may however be transferable to a new rental reservation made within six months of the cancellation.
c. No refund or credit note is provided in case of unsatisfactory climatic conditions or other factors of force majeure.

b. Do not hold any big party or "party" inside the rented chalet that exceeds the number of occupants expected to reserve the cottage.
c. Comply with this lease. Failure to comply with the contract may result in fees to be assessed by the landlord. Failure to comply with the contract gives the landlord the right to evict the tenant and guests immediately by terminating this lease. In this event, the landlord will retain any money paid to him and will retain all remedies against the tenant if damage has been caused to the rented premises.
d. Use the furniture and objects of the rented house for the purpose for which they are intended

f. No smoking inside the rented cottage (see penalties provided below)
g. Permit access to the premises at all times to the landlord to inspect the premises and to carry out urgent work necessary for the maintenance of the rented premises and its equipment.
h. Do not allow animals of any species to enter leased premises, animals being prohibited
i. Make outdoor lights only at locations designated by the landlord at the time of rental

c. Provide access codes for access to the property during the period of stay
a. Please note that our properties are non-smoking. Our inspection team assesses the house when you leave. Any physical damage or smells caused by cigarette smoke will incur an immediate $ 1,000 fee that will be deducted from the security deposit. Any damage resulting in an amount greater than the security deposit will be charged extra and must be paid within 10 days of issuing the damage invoice.
