This chalet, as its name suggests, is in fact an old small village chapel. It has been completely renovated to create a chalet with large spaces, to accommodate families and groups of friends. Located in St-Rémi-de-Tingwick, in the Eastern Townships, this unique property offers a wide range of activities, enough to keep you entertained rain or shine.
Being located in 2nd rank in relation to the lake, this chalet nevertheless has access to Lac les Trois-Lacs, located on the other side of the street, via a small path bordered by a fence and a cedar hedge. When you arrive at the water's edge, kayaks, pedal boats and paddle boards await you. Fishing here is quite popular, you will have the chance to catch walleye, bass and yellow perch, among others, either from the dock or by boat.
End your day in style by warming yourself around a nice outdoor fire since we provide the wood, or let yourself slip into the 4-season spa.
For activities to do in the region, we recommend the Royal Estrie golf club , located less than 10 minutes’ drive from the chalet. In winter, the club transforms its land into snowshoe and cross-country ski trails. Mount Gleason is also a destination of choice, ideal for young families, less than 20 KM from the chalet.
Please note that the chalet is located on a street corner, in a small residential area. Respect for the neighborhood is required at all times.

*** It should be noted that we have been told of an increase in aquatic plants which can make swimming not pleasant. Between Thanksgiving weekend and Patriots weekend, we cannot guarantee that the dock will be installed and that watercraft will be available. ***
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
When entering the chalet, a huge open area awaits you. There you will find a large games room, with pool tables, ping-pong and table football. A first mezzanine serves as a bedroom, where you will find two single futons, while the second mezzanine serves as a play area for children.
The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your meals during the stay. You will find a dining counter there, while a dining table is located in the adjacent room, overlooking the living room. The property has 3 closed bedrooms, 2 of which have Queen beds and one with a foldaway Double bed. Two bathrooms complete this chalet, one with a bath-shower, and the other with a shower.
