Reservation policy:
- Accepted methods of payment: Cash, Check or Interac Transfer;
- Type of rental: Long term (32 days and more);
- A first payment of 50% is required for a monthly rental or 30% for a seasonal rental is due at the time of your reservation to guarantee your stay;
- The total amount of the chalet rental must be paid 2 weeks before your arrival ;
- A security deposit of $500 is payable at the time of the last payment;
- This is refundable if there is no damage to the property, its furniture and its boats;
- A document attesting to our policies will be given to you at the time of the reservation;
- The chalet is available from 4 p.m. Departure must be by 11 a.m.;
- Cleaning fee of $200 extra;
- You must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
