Cottage Description

Magnificent residence on the waterfront at Lac du Barrage 20 minutes from the municipality of Trois-Rivières and 20 minutes from Shawinigan.

*** There is a bedroom with a Queens bed, a bedroom with 1 bed double and two folding beds and a double sofa bed in the large living room.

Air conditioning.

There is a pedal boat, a pontoon, a canoe, a rowboat, a board at your disposal with several safety belts.

Outdoor fireplace on a fenced lot for the protection of children and pets as well as peace of mind for parents.

A very large lot for playing outside.

Lac du Barrage is a lake without a gas motor boat.

Swimming, fishing (trout)+(bass). Located 5 minutes from services.

St-Élie de Caxton is the village known by meter Fred Pellerin. www.fredpellerin.com.

Very nice amenities, very well equipped in a very beautiful region. Very friendly owner who allowed us to fish! I recommend !

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations and non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 45 days prior to the reservation.

A security deposit of $500,00 is required upon reservation against any damage caused by the tenant and where his guests.

Arrival is for 3 p.m. and departure is for 11 a.m.

Life belts are included.

Electric motor rental is $100.00 per day or you can bring your own electric motor.

It is requested that the premises be as clean when you leave as when you arrive, otherwise you will be charged to your credit card.

Le Beau-Lieu and or its representatives, are in no way responsible of any kind whatsoever, injuries on the premises rented and or on the lake and this, with or without the equipment provided.

Not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Bikes are provided for 3 to 4 people.

Any damage that will have been caused on the premises or on the property will be invoiced to the tenant.
