Lake Aylmer remains the major attraction of Disraeli with its area of 31.2 km and depth of 35 metres. You can access the lake from the Parc de la Gare or the municipal marina. Enjoy the lake for sailing, water skiing, swimming, canoeing or kayaking. It is also possible to fish walleye, pike and yellow perch. The lake is actually an extension of the St. Francis River. Each summer, Disraeli Tripping Day is an unusual event that involves a 9.2-kilometer ride down the St. Francis River, either by blown tube, canoe or kayak. Shows and fireworks close this day.
