Come and discover an old, typically Quebec house on the edge of majestic Lake Aylmer in the heart of the village of Disraeli. This warm period house, ideal for 1 or 2 families, has all the space necessary to accommodate family, friends or a couple wishing to enjoy the water's edge, while benefiting from the proximity of the services and facilities of the charming town of Disraeli (convenience store, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, SAQ). Please note that the street in front of the chalet is busy.
With its immense land, this charming residence is the perfect place to recharge your batteries thanks to its private access to Lake Aylmer. Its location is ideal for lovers of water activities. Near the dock, a gazebo has been installed to allow you to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake. From the grounds of this residence, you will also see two islets that you can explore by kayak.
The house has two terraces. The first has panoramic doors, which allows the morning sun to enter. The second is covered, but overlooks the lake with sun from midday until evening. In the two garages, you will find everything you need for the outdoors: BBQ, 8 garden chairs, small swimming pool for children and some games, deck chairs, parasols and a picnic table. End your day by an outdoor fire, either on the shore of the lake where you will find a space to make a campfire, or closer to the house, or around one of the two outdoor fireplaces.

The main floor is open concept and has 2 living rooms, the dining room and the kitchen, which allows large groups to come together and spend quality time together. The kitchen is practical with its large counter and separate hob, which allows several people to get busy preparing a delicious meal at the same time.
