Cottage Description

This magnificent 3-storey English-style mansion, surrounded by tall mature trees, was built in 1927. It originally housed engineers from the Abitibi-Price de Beaupré paper mill. In its early days, the personnel of this company came from Ontario or even from England.

This splendid "Staff House", on the banks of the Sainte-Anne-du-Nord river, therefore served as residence for the company's employees and guests during their stay.

Chalets-Village acquired this manor in 2006. Its primary vocation, to welcome groups of visitors in a rural setting, continues. It is also the perfect place for celebrations such as family celebrations, weddings, wedding anniversaries, for group or friends meetings as well as work meetings in a reception room with view of the river and the mountain of more than 1500 ft2 (140 m2). All in a bucolic setting.

The 32 bedrooms are furnished with style and elegance. The furniture that composes them comes from the Château Frontenac.The mansion also has 15 bathrooms, a large living room, a spacious and separate dining room, a very large kitchen equipped with professional equipment, a large game room in the basement and a reception room.

( 09)The Manoir Mont Sainte-Anne is located 5 km from Mont-Sainte-Anne, in the heart of the town of Beaupré and all services: beach, tennis and public swimming pool are a 5-minute walk away.

The Manor can accommodate a total of 80 people and the total area of the three floors is 15,100 ft2 (1,402 m2).

* Dogs are allowed.
