Cottage Description

Wonderful chalet located on the banks of the Batiscan river in Lac-aux-Sables in Mauricie. Chalet built in 2019, by its owner himself, it will charm you with its warm interior. It will appeal to everyone, but especially small families.

A corner on the mezzanine, called "La tannière des Oursons", has been set up for children.

By a safe staircase, you will have access to the majestic Batiscan river, with its limpid waters, which is navigable and swimmable.

A well-appointed space outside, allows you to do campfires while observing the stars!

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

Rental conditions:

1. The tenant declares to have seen the chalet on the booking platform, to have found it in perfect condition and to be satisfied with it.

2. The tenant is responsible for the chalet and its contents during the rental period. In addition, he assumes full responsibility for the people to whom he allows access.

3.If the rental period exceeds the hours normally provided for in the contract - arrival at 3 p.m. and departure at 11 a.m. additional hours may be applied depending on the season (low or high) and the number of additional hours requested. For example, a fee of $ 40 is required in low season for an early arrival or a late departure, with no time limit, and a fee of $ 50 is required in high season to enjoy the same privileges. (09 )

4. The tenant has the obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by himself or his guests.

5. The tenant declares to rent the chalet for purposes vacation or resort.

6.Under no circumstances can the landlord be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft suffered by the tenant or his guests during their stay at the chalet.

7. The tenant is responsible for the sinks and the septic tank if they are blocked or damaged by his fault.

8. It is strictly forbidden to make a fire on the ground in places other than that provided for this purpose. Also, the tenant agrees to respect the prohibitions on open fires decreed by the Ministry of Forests and Wildlife or the municipality of Lac-aux-Sables. The tenant must assume at his own expense the total amount of the fines for any offense he commits in this regard.

9.Send to the landlord, twenty (20) days before the date of the rental, a transfer Interac of $ 500 serving as a security deposit that will not be cashed. Two (2) days after your departure and after inspection of the chalet to ensure that it is in the same condition as on arrival, the transfer may be canceled.This deposit is due and upon receipt, the information document to gain access to the chalet will be emailed to you. The tenant agrees:

1. When he leaves, to leave the chalet, the land, the furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and in their initial location. A supplement will be added to the tenant's costs if the landlord finds that the cleanliness of the chalet is deemed unsatisfactory.

2.Not to hold any big evening or party that exceeds the capacity of the premises (8 people) inside or outside the chalet.

3. To comply with this rental agreement. Failure to comply with the contract may result in costs which will be assessed at the sole discretion of the landlord, entitles the landlord to evict the tenant and their guests immediately and to terminate the rental agreement.In this eventuality, the lessor will keep any sum that will have been paid to him and may charge the lessee for damages that may have been caused to the chalet and its environment.

4. chalet equipment for their intended use and in the places where they are located. It is strictly forbidden to transport them outside the chalet.

5.Notify the lessor as soon as he becomes aware of a defect or breakage of equipment or furniture in the chalet. Any misuse of the chalet and the effects therein which could cause stains, breakage or defects will be repaired or replaced at the tenant's expense.

6. Do not throw anything in the washbasins, sinks , or toilets likely to obstruct the pipes, failing which the costs incurred for the return to service will be entirely billed to the tenant.

7.Not to smoke inside the chalet nor to throw away land the cigarette ends. Containers are placed outside the chalet to deposit cigarette butts.

8.To allow the lessor access to the chalet at all times to inspect the premises and to carry out work necessary for the maintenance of the chalet and its equipment.

9. Do not allow pets to enter any species inside the rented premises.

10. The prices are for 2 people. Fee of $ 25 per person per night.
