The house is at the top of the mountain, facing south, surrounded by trees. The view is breathtaking over Mont Avila and St-Sauveur.
Large windows let in the sun.
The house is in the center of Ste-Adèle and in a very private location far from the neighbors. You will be close to all shops and services, grocery stores, restaurants, cinema, spa, ski resorts, etc... and a 10-minute walk from Lac Rond, for skating.
It has five bedrooms with 6 double beds and a single bed.
There are 3 bathrooms, a bath and two showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a crockery base is provided. The large counter open to the living room makes it easy to prepare large meals. The main table can accommodate 12 guests.
The living room has a large leather sofa facing the wood-burning fireplace (provided) and a 70" TV connected to the Internet and Netflix.
Very quiet , very bright, comfortable and spacious for a pleasant winter season!!!

Pets are welcome with a $100 deposit. The housekeeping is impeccable to avoid any allergenic risk.
