You have access to a very beautiful beach. The property has been built directly on the shoreline and has a vested right. It is soo close to the lake that you can see the water floating under the corner of the balcony! You can also fish from the balcony ! Into the property you will feel as being on a ship because there so many windows and the view is spactacular ! The Hot Tub is bran new ! it has 65 therapeutic streams-jets. Being seated in the spa, you will be stunnied by this astonishing view of the lake
and the mountains.
During your stay here, you will feel all the positive energy of this private domain. Around 55 minutes from Montréal, 75 min from Ottawa, 35 min from Tremblant and only minutes from St-Sauveur, Ste-Adèle and Morin-Heights. You can enjoy this oasis of solitude without ever feeling cut off from of the finest shopping, restaurants and activities Quebec has to offer.
Find yourself transported by the Scandinavian's panoramic situation -the best spot on the lake, with all-private access to preserve your peace as you commune with nature, and second to-none exotic interior woodwork for those quiet evenings inside around the enormous field stone fireplace, the central anchor of this magnificent chalet. Also, this cottage has natural wood beamed ceilings.
Recently renovated with 4 bedrooms and 2 full renovated baths including a black stone counter and a very large shower ( Italiean style), the Scandinavian sports a well quipped recreation room downstairs, with darts, air hockey, foosball (table football) and many board games to while away a rainy day, as well as a horseshoe pit outside, and firepit for fun evenings of ghost-stories and s'mores.
For the Winter sportsman, we offer proximity to the best Laurentian Facilities for skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Add tobogganing on the local hills and skating and hockey on the lake, and the Scandinavian becomes a marvelous year-round destination !
Whether your pleasure is paddle boating or kayaking for the afternoon, dock-diving and swimming in the warm ( between 70F to 84F) crystal-pure waters of the lake, hiking through over 150 km of spectacular Laurentian trails, or just sitting on the sandy, gently sloping beach to enjoy the sights of many species of waterfowl and wildlife in this ecologically protected area, we can accommodate you !
You will notice that there are very few mosquitoes around the chalet because the surrounding threes are leaf- bearing thress instead of pines.
