PAYMENT
Deposit of 25% of the total cost to confirm the reservation.
Identity document of the tenant responsible.
Payment of the entire stay 20 days before the date of arrival.
Deposit of $500 refundable following inspection following departure.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancel 20 days or more before arrival and get a full refund less a $50 administration fee.
In case of cancellation 19 to 10 days before arrival, 75% of the total cost of the stay will be refunded.
In case of cancellation 9 to 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, 25% of the total cost of the stay will be refunded.
Upon arrival, there is no refund for the first three nights.
In case of cancellation during a long-term stay, the above ratios will be applied.
The day on which the cancellation is communicated counts as one night of stay.
The $500 deposit will be refunded in full for any cancellation before the arrival date.
ARRIVAL
You have access to the chalet from 4 p.m.
Independent entrance, a digicode will be provided and will not work before 4 p.m.
DEPARTURE
Departure is at 11:00 a.m. and very important to respect. For every 15 minutes past the start time
departure, $25 will be deducted from your deposit.
Please do your dishes and start the dishwasher before leaving. A $50 fee will be deducted from
your deposit in case of dishes left unwashed.
CAMPFIRE
Campfires are permitted in the designated area.
Fires should always be watched.
Fires should be properly extinguished when completed.
Fires are prohibited during dry periods, consult sopfeu.qc.ca to find out if a danger
fire is in effect.
Keep the water hose ready during the warm months.
FIREWOOD
Firewood is provided and located in the entrance, you should have plenty for your
stay. If you are staying longer than a month and need more firewood, please let us know.

REGULATIONS
No big parties.
No loud recreational vehicles.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Maximum 10 people at a time.
Maximum 5 cars in the driveway.
You are in a quiet area, please do not disturb deer, squirrels, birds, trees
and neighbors with loud music or loud conversations.
The upper double bunk bed can accommodate a maximum of 110 kg / 250 lbs.
No smoking under a roof. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from your deposit if
you smoke under a roof.
This includes the starter, we really want to keep the nice smell of cedar.
INSPECTION
We carefully inspect the property after and before each stay and we
recommend doing the same to identify any issues you wish to report.
