* Please note that this is a "Self Checking" chalet, during the winter period (November to April) we carry out regular snow removal. However, we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions beyond our control (snow and frost may occur in the last few hours). However, you will have access to a shovel and salt if you wish to clean the site and use the outdoor fireplace.
*The chalet has stairs and, as we are in the mountains, the yard has some steep areas. Supervision of children is required.
*Smoking, parties, and additional guests are prohibited without the permission of the host.

* The wood stove is only available in winter, the outdoor fireplace is available all year round. We DO NOT provide firewood and if you take it from pivate's stock you will be charged for it. If you wish to include it, check the "Extra Services" box at the time of booking, otherwise it will be deducted from the security deposit.
You can also buy it at the METRO store, 7 or 12 minutes away.
* Open fires are prohibited. It must only be done in the devices provided for this purpose
for this usage. Firewood is included in reasonable quantities.

* We accept dogs (1 per stay) on a case by case basis and only with our permission, with additional fees per stay. Please select "Extra Service" at time of booking to incorporate the additional charges, otherwise the additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
General Guidelines: Well-behaved, clean, hypoallergenic, non-shedding and weighing less than 20 pounds (approximately). Guardians must pick up their dog's hair and feces and keep the yard clean. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. ($55/hour)
RULES
1. Any problem or dissatisfaction during the stay must be declared to the host before your departure so that we can correct the situation or offer compensation if justified. No compensation will be offered if you express a complaint after leaving the premises and will in no case exceed the amount remaining on the contract.
2.We expect our guests to respect the number of occupants indicated in the rental contract. A penalty of $120 per night and per additional person not declared
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet. You may smoke in the yard, ensuring it remains clean and free of cigarette butts.
4. Firewood is not included. If you take it from the pchalet's private stock additional charges will be applied, as indicated in this publication
5. The departure time must be respected so as not to delay the cleaning work. Any delay will be billed at $55/hour.
6. The advice regarding dogs given in the publication must be followed.
7. Any deliberate action to disconnect the internet and attempt to sabotage our security and surveillance systems will be punished by a fine of $1000 dollars.
8. Subletting, use of tents, RVs or any other camping facilities is strictly prohibited.
9. Excessive noise after 10 p.m. is not permitted. If the cottage is left in a messy condition, we will charge $55 per hour of additional cleaning.
10. Do not throw anything down sinks, toilets, bathtubs or showers that could clog the pipes. In the event of obstruction, the repair costs will be fully invoiced to the customer.
11. Clients/guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the chalet. By accepting this booking it is agreed that all clients/guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Clients/Guests acknowledge that they have personally purchased insurance to protect themselves during such events.
12. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause harm to the place or people, let us know immediately.
13. Minimum age to book is 25 years
14. SPA: Keep 2 to 3 chlorine tablets in the float and if in doubt, call the host. Smoking or drinking is not permitted in the SPA, it is not a swimming pool. Any abusive or excessive use resulting in a water change or special cleaning will be charged: an additional $300 which will be deducted from the security deposit.
15. Any breakage caused by the guest(s) must be reported on the field to make arrangements with the host. If there is no agreement, we involve the WeChalet resolution center by sending them the evidence, photos and the report from the concierge manager to send us compensation(s). Thank you for your understanding
16. Upon arrival on site, travelers must immediately report any equipment defects or breakages. With the aim of exonerating the liability of travelers who come to take possession of the places of reservation. Otherwise, travelers will automatically be held responsible for the breakage.
17. If in the event that there is an equipment fault or if you do not know how to use a device during your stay, we will be happy to help you, never hesitate to contact us 24/7 /7.
By booking with RSVPchalet, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with these rules, along with all other participants in your group. In the event of non-compliance by Customers/Guests with any of these rules, we will not hesitate to terminate the contract without delay.
