With its land located on the water's edge, this chalet is the perfect place to practice your water activities and fishing. You will have the chance to catch walleye, perch and bass. Explore the lake with the 6 kayaks provided or with your own boats and let yourself be lulled by the sparkling waves of the lake.
Located on 50,000 square feet of land, you will have the privacy needed to relax at the end of a long day of adventures in the private 4-season spa. The huge balcony is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or evening aperitif while contemplating the beauty of the surrounding nature. Take advantage of the outdoor fireplace to roast marshmallows and continue discussions under the stars with your family or friends.
The region is full of activities, which will allow you to fully enjoy nature. In addition to water activities and fishing, hiking, swimming (beach) and cycling (cycle and mountain paths) are all activities that will allow you to recharge your batteries. Go hit a few balls at the Royal Estrie Golf course which is a few minutes drive from the chalet. Moreover, in winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails. Go skiing and sliding at Mount Gleason which is just a 25 minute drive away. Ice fishing is also a very popular activity in Trois-Lacs. Snowmobile and ATV trails are also nearby.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This charming chalet, tastefully decorated, can accommodate up to 12 people. The open concept ground floor includes an equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes that you can enjoy in the adjacent dining room, while admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape. You will be charmed by the abundance of windows in the spacious living room. Upstairs, discover a bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. In the basement, there is a bathroom, another bedroom and a games room where you can extend the evening with a few games of Baby Foot or ping-pong. The basement games room is the perfect place for a movie night or to host a sports night surrounded by your loved ones.
