The Domaine de la Tour is aptly named, given that it is a chalet fitted out for 25 feet above sea level!
Located in St-Romain, in the heart of the Eastern Townships forest, this ecological chalet is the ideal place to live an extraordinary experience. This chalet, due to its height and its gallery on four sides, offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the surrounding forest. A landing in the center will allow you to have meals outside, while remaining sheltered from bad weather.
Come discover the 100 acres of land on which La Tour rests! Our large grounds include 4 km of hiking trails, a large part of which is located along the Sauvage River, where you can swim if the temperature permits.
In winter, the trails are transformed for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, giving you access to municipal trails. You can leave directly from the chalet to join the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails that pass through the land. We are also close to snowmobile and ATV trails, allowing you to get to the chalet directly by snowmobile and ATV.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR:
The bed and the kitchen are in the same room. The table and bench convert into a double bed. The bathroom is adjoining and includes toilet, sink and shower in the room.
All equipment runs on solar energy and propane. In the winter, there is a backup generator that automatically activates when needed.
