The Landlord rents the RESIDENCE to the Tenant for the reservation period indicated in the rental confirmation notice.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY The tenant acknowledges that the occupation of the RENTED PREMISES is limited to 8 people for the entire duration of the stay. The tenant understands and accepts that the RESIDENCE is designed for 6 person(s) for the duration of the stay but that the landlord provides the tenant with two additional foldable mattresses for children to accommodate.
(09 )3. RENTAL COST
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord the total rental cost which consists of the cost of rent, additional costs (cleaning, pets, etc.), consumption taxes and accommodation tax.
4. reservation and payment methods
The reservation will be confirmed and the dates reserved only when the collection of the total cost has been made by bank transfer.
Late reservation .For any reservation made less than thirty (30) days before the date of occupancy, the reservation will be confirmed and the dates reserved only when the collection of the total cost has been made.
At the same time for articles 5.1 and 5.2, as a security deposit, an amount of $500.00 must also be made at the time of the reservation by bank transfer.
This security deposit may be used to compensate the Lessor for any damage caused or additional dirt to the standards of the Lessor by the Lessee to the rented premises, if applicable. This security deposit will be returned no later than seven (7) days after the end of the stay by bank transfer to the email address indicated in the identification of the tenant 1.
5. cancellation conditions
The Tenant must notify the Landlord of any cancellation by written notice to the owner's email.
The total amount is refundable at 50% if the written notice provided for in article 5.1 is received at least 4 months before the date of occupancy.In this case, the security deposit will be 100% refunded.
If the written notice provided for in article 1 is received within 4 months, no refund possible other than the security deposit .
Late booking (made less than 4 months. In the cases referred to in article 5.1, the Tenant will be fully responsible for his booking and no refund of the total cost. The security deposit will be refundable .
