New property, located in the magnificent Knowlton region, in the Eastern Townships, 1 hour drive from Sherbrooke and 1 hour from Montreal. This chalet, recently renovated up to date, offers a chic and rustic style, specific to houses in the region. In the heart of nature, surrounded by forest and a stream, the places are perfect for spending a moment of rejuvenation and relaxation in complete privacy.

Would you like to discover the region during your stay at the chalet? The Brome-Missisquoi tourist region will entertain you! Whether for the outdoors or cultural activities, there is no shortage of choice: the Wine Route, the Arts Tour, the Têtes fromagères circuit, Brasseurs des cantons, beaches, water slides, mountain biking, terrain golf, museums and more. During your stay, consider visiting the villages of Dunham, Frelighsburg and Knowlton, the latter is a picturesque village which has retained its English charm. Located just 5 minutes from the chalet, you will find several boutiques, restaurants and antique shops. The region is a huge playground for lovers of road or gravel cycling and is full of breathtaking landscapes.

In summer, go to Douglass Beach, a few minutes from the chalet. This wooded and sandy beach is the ideal swimming destination. The water quality is exceptional and the view is magnificent. Access for your non-motorized boats is there. *Fees applicable for visitors*

To enhance your stay and ensure optimal relaxation, a 4-season private spa is also within your reach. When evening comes, don't hesitate to light a fireplace inside. Wood is naturally provided for your stay. Days that end around a good fire, with friends or family, are always memorable!

*In winter, we strongly suggest having a 4 upstairs you will find an open concept room including kitchen, dining room and living room with stove, as well as three bedrooms and a bathroom. The fully finished and bright basement consists of two bedrooms, a family room with stove and television, as well as a bathroom.

In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you following your departure if the chalet has been left in good condition.
