Terms and Conditions of the Cottage
Cancellation policy: The 50% deposit is refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the date of occupation. However, an administrative fee of $100 will be levied. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before the occupancy date, and we are able to rebook the same period, we will refund your deposit, less a $100 administration fee. Otherwise, the deposit can be transferred for a later rental* or refunded at 50%. If the cancellation reaches us less than 7 days before the arrival date, your deposit is not refunded. There are no refunds if you cancel, in part or in full, during your stay.

*If you choose to have your deposit kept for a future reservation, we guarantee the rate that was in effect when you made your initial reservation (for a period of one year and for the same unit).( 09)
