Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

OCCUPATION

During the night, the house can not be occupied by more people than the number registered in the contract and / or the maximum number that covers the cost of your stay. Notify the owner of any changes thereto. This number should be respected. So is safety, comfort and well-being of occupants. Any deviation will be reported to the owner, and an amount of $ 200 per person will be chosen out of the security deposit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The tenant must notify the landlord of any BREAKING OR DAMAGE caused during his stay.

The tenant is responsible for damage and injury occurring in or on the rented property during the rental period, and for any reason whatsoever, except for damages not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from construction defect, faulty maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by owner home insurance policy.The tenant and any other person on the premises leased agree to hold the owner harmless and indemnify of any claim by any person resulting from damage which they are responsible.

The lessee agrees to return the building leased at the end of the rental period in the same condition as arrival. The tenant is responsible for breakage caused by personal facts and those people who accompany and will receive a bill for any damage to property (except normal wear places).

The tenant s' agrees to comply with reasonable rules of conduct and do not disturb the neighbors and area residents. He will stick to a reasonable level of noise, and, both inside and out. After 11 h, the noise must be minimized especially outdoors.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The owner ensures that the property leased holds a classification certificate issued by the Corporation of the tourist industry of Quebec pursuant to the Tourist Establishments Act and still in force.

the owner shall not be liable for any accident, injury or illness caused by the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the tenant and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

The owner shall not be held responsible for the theft or loss of property of the tenant or their guests during the stay.
