Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

A deposit of 30% of rental cost is required upon booking.

* The balance of rental payment is payable 30 days prior to the date of stay. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the stay, full payment is required.

* $ 500.00 as a security deposit for breakage and damage by post-dated check. The check must be dated the date of the start of your stay, it will be returned to you within 21 days if no damage has been caused to the residence.

* Arrival time: 5 p.m.

* Time departure: 11am

* Pricing may be changed at any time without notice unless confirmed by payment.

You must be 25 years of age and over to rent and sign the contract .
