Payment method
1. The rental price, including taxes, is payable in advance. 30% of the prices are collected on the day of booking, using a credit card transaction. The balance is automatically charged 30 days before arrival, by the same means and the same credit card.
2. A $ 300 security deposit as collateral, is automatically charged on the same credit card, one week before arrival. This amount is kept to the inspection of the cottage by the owner, not later than one week after departure.
3. In case of cancellation of reservation in whole or in part, the tenant has no right to any refund. The owner may retain an amount equal to any advance on the rental price already taken.
4. In case of late departure or exceeding the maximum number of occupants, the tenant agrees to the revision of the rent in accordance with the current pricing. The owner can then retain the
same difference to the security deposit.
5. In case of damage to rented property or when the tenant gives the cottage in a state that requires a household abnormal maintenance, abnormal cleaning or any other abnormal maintenance, the owner may retain one
estimating the market value of the property or cost of services and to retain the same security deposit.
Other conditions
6. The tenant declares rent the chalet exclusively for vacation purposes.
7. The tenant respects the privacy of the cottage. He uses the properties rented with prudence and diligence. The tenant declares to be aware that the cottage is located in a natural environment in the heart of a set of cottages for recreation and tourism.Under penalty of immediate expulsion without refund, it shall ensure that any person on the premises is in accordance with law and adopted at all times responsible and prudent driving. He
prevents anyone on the premises to disturb the peace or causing the abnormal neighborhood annoyances. In particular, it guarantees absolute tranquility of the neighborhood at night, after 23 hours, under penalty of immediate expulsion without refund.
9. The tenant ensures compliance, inside the chalet, banning anyone from smoking and the bringing or permitting an animal, otherwise it assumes the cost of housekeeping, cleaning or other maintenance required for the full and final elimination of the odor or fleas.
10. The tenant ensures compliance with the prohibition to anyone outside the cottage, take a cigar butt or cigarette outside an ashtray and that leave all waste anywhere except in a dustbin.
(09 ) 11.The owner leaves the exclusive use of the occupants of the cottage during their stay, bedding (blankets, sheets, pillows and pillowcases), towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning products. It is not required to leave personal hygiene products, firewood and a full propane tank.
12. The owner pays for the wireless access to the Internet (WIFI). It also assumes the snow removal of parking and entry.
