No other facility can be added to the site for example: a trailer, tent trailer, tent, swimming pool, etc.

50% of the rental cost is required when booking (refundable up to 30 days before the start of the stay). The balance of the rental (50% of the cost) is payable no later than 30 days (30 days) preceding the start date of the stay.
When the cancellation of the reservation is made less than 30 days before the date of the start of the stay, full payment is required.
In the event of a minor breakage, an amount equivalent to the value of the breakage or damage will be charged if necessary.

If the cancellation notice is received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the 50% deposit will be given to the tenant .
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the 50% deposit will be kept by the landlord.
If the cancellation is made after the start date of the stay, the Tenant will be required to pay the entire rental amount.
In the situation where the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems at the building (water , electricity, etc.), the liability of the Lessor would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be reimbursed, but no additional compensation would be granted.
