Upon your arrival, a certain amount of toilet paper and paper towels will be provided. However, you may need to buy more during your stay. You can get some at Curry Export (village grocery stores) or downtown Tracadie.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, fondue, raclette for 8 people, BBQ accessories, etc.) We have some Ziploc-style plastic dishes. However, we ask that you leave them at the chalet when you leave so that future tenants can also take advantage of them. You can bring your own if you think you have food to bring back. We have some spices at your disposal.
Pellet stove steps to follow:
1. Slightly open the stove door and add a handful of pellets to the middle compartment.
2. Light the pellets with the torch provided. Once this is done, close the door and go to step 3.
3. Open the small door on the right side and press the power button (green light will come on) you must turn each of the wheels at noon (fan and auger). Adjust the desired temperature according to your needs (auger: minimum blue color and maximum red) never turn the auger further from noon! *Pellets are provided and at your disposal.
Wifi: The signal comes from a satellite antenna and it is possible that the connection undergoes some variations.
Speaker: You will find a Bluetooth speaker on the kitchen shelf. You can connect to it by choosing “Sonos Roam (SONOS 3A62)”. Please replace the speaker and plug it into the USB port when you leave.
Departure:
- Please start washing the used towels and housekeeping will take care of putting them out to dry
- Dispose of garbage: Place garbage and recycling bags in the appropriate bins outside
- Sweep the brooms in the used rooms
- Turn off lights and appliances
- Lock the door: Main entrance door as well as the patio door
- Return the keys: Put the key back in the case (lockbox), close and mix the combination
- Clean and replace the dishes and utensils used in the appropriate places.
- Empty the refrigerator, except reusable sauces and dressings ex: Ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, etc...)
- Remove the bedding from the beds in use and place the sheets in a visible place (*DO NOT REMOVE THE MATTRESS PROTECTORS)
- Make sure the oven and pellet stove are off.
- Pick up your furry friend's feces.
