Gorgeous extremelly well kept and clean cottage! Great finishings, confortable beds and linings!

Payment: 50% deposit, Balance of payment due upon arrival

a) If the renter cancels the reservation, the deposit will be returned in full only if the owner is able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates

b) If the owner cancels the reservation for uncontrollable reasons the deposit will be returned to you in full without any other commitments on the part of the latter

c) The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him or these guests during the stay

d) No smoking inside the cottage

e) All pets must be approved by the owner and a extra charge of 50.00 will apply
