Cottage Description

Small friendly chalet completely renovated and newly furnished.

Rental available by the day (3 days minimum), by the week and by the month.

Located 2 minutes by car or a few minutes walk from Mont Sainte-Anne. Shuttle service every 20 minutes in winter to Mont Ste-Anne on weekends and the week in high season (stop at the door).

Fireplace, high speed WiFi, Videotron cable TV, bedding and towels are included in the rental.

• Capacity up to 6 people.

• One (1) closed bedroom with queen bed and sink upstairs.

• One (1) closed bedroom with two (2) double beds and sink upstairs.

• Renovated bathroom with shower and washer-dryer.

• Fully equipped kitchen with hotplate, oven, microwave, washing machine crockery.

• Terrace with view on woodland and BBQ.

• Two (2) parking spaces and locked outside storage for sports equipment.

Access to the training room and the spa from the nearby resort for an additional charge.

• Add $125 cleaning fee per stay

• Applicable taxes are in addition to the rental rate. 3.5% lodging tax + GST/QST

• An initial payment of 50% on booking is due to confirm the reservation. We accept Interac wire payments.

• No cancellation fees if canceled more than 61 days before arrival.

• 50% if the reservation is canceled between 60 and 15 days before the date of arrival

• 100% if the reservation is canceled less than 15 days before date of arrival

• Final payment must be made 15 days prior to arrival

• Security deposit of $1000 may be required. This deposit will be refunded if there is no breakage following the inspection of the premises and cleaning, within a maximum of 7 days from the date of departure.

Perfect chalet for a family of 4. Shuttle that practically passes and stops at the door allowing us to return to the chalet for lunch. Everything is comfortable, the mattresses as well as the sofa and what to say about the renovation of the bathroom. Oh! And there is also a boot heater for après ski!

We will return for sure. :)
