In a wooded area on the south side of Lac-Etchemin, the skylights Versant is a haven of peace in nature. A good fire in the fireplace warms the cathedral ceiling living room and mezzanine, with many windows. The dining room open on the living room provides ample space to share a meal together. During the summer, outdoor furniture allows to sit comfortably on the large porch on two sides and balcony accessible from the mezzanine. The spa at 6 places in front of the gallery provides a relaxing area with a forest, summer and winter.
The cottage has four bedrooms on two floors and an area bedroom on the mezzanine. A bathroom with shower and bath is located upstairs, one with shower in the basement. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room.
A short stroll down the property leads to the shores of Lac Etchemin. In summer, a canoe, 2 paddle board and kayaks waiting to be launched. The pebble beach is suitable for swimming and the rocky point next is the perfect place to watch the lake. In winter, the ground calls for snowshoeing and sledding.
