Weekly rental only from Friday to Friday and/ or Saturday to Saturday. Summer houses completely renovated inside and out, furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, etc... facing the Ocean( St-Laurence Gulf) on Lameque Island. Fishing lobster excursion in May and June could be possible if the weather permits it .. Our House #3 can accomodate a group as big as 22 peoples with the 3 establishment combine on the same land. House #3-A does have 3 bedrooms with Queen size bed in each bedroom and a King size sofa bed in the living room. #3-B and #3-C can accomodate up to 7people in each establishment with 1 Master bedroom with Queen size bed (in each) and the 2nd bedroom that can sleep up to 3 people cause there is a Nice bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top, plus the king size sofa bed in each leaving room. The kitchen table into those establishment are the same as you see on the pictures provided here and that table as an extension that can sit up to 6 people.
Really well located. 8 minutes to the town of Lameque and Shippagan and about 30 minutes to the towns of Caraquet and Tracadie-Sheila.
Theres is a general grocery store at 2 minutes from the house which is open every day, Euclide will be more than happy to help you out finding something and showing you a special and old cashier ;)
Near from a lot of acadian touristic attractions, the little fishing lobster village of Chiasson Office can bring you fresh daily catch like lobster during the lobster season ( mid-May to end of June)
You are more active? There's a Kite surf school inside the village (as you may see on one of the pictures). You can go fishing (catch & release) Stripped Bass by the sea in front of the house.
Washer and dryer, bedding liner are all includ in the rent. Asphalted entrance, long balconies with BBQ and bistro tables are there to make you feel better than if you would be home... with the view of the sea and ocean with the fisherman fishing on the littoral is peacefull to look at...
