The chalet is made up of two levels accessible by a staircase interior, built in 1850, last renovation in 2015. It is located in the center, on the edge of a river. Close to shops, 150 meters from the alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also from the cross-country ski trails (Beauregard cable car). Terrace on the ground floor and access to a private courtyard adjoining the chalet.
