La Pionnière is at the genesis of Chalets-Village. Rented since 1988, this modern chalet, bordered by two ancestral houses, is at the heart of the village's activity.
The decor and architecture of this chalet are inspired by Quebec traditions. The design of the windows, the sloping roof, the fireplace and its chimney as well as the exterior cladding make it possible to appreciate the Quebec style: straddling modernity and tradition.
The skylights and the fenestration abundance also allow you to admire the surrounding landscapes and the light.
La Pionnière can accommodate 13 people. The total area of this 3-storey chalet is 2200 ft2 (205 m2). It allows you to stay a few minutes from the Mont Sainte-Anne ski and bike slopes.
