This chalet was previously a memorable restaurant at Mont Sainte-Anne. The "Chez Albert" restaurant was renowned for its wood-fired pizza which delighted amateurs for 25 years. The ancestral Quebecois style building was built in 1970 by Albert Alarcon, of French origins.
Following some renovations and transformations, this chalet offers the possibility of opening its own restaurant for a few days. Whether it is to call on a chef, a caterer or even to concoct meals yourself, a complete and functional restaurant kitchen is available to the occupants.
The decorated bar area by many mirrors, allows you to serve your drinks in style. The pizza oven, meanwhile, is still operational. Fans can thus have a blast! Large, bright and warm, the original dining room is equipped to serve groups of up to 40 people.
Chez Albert can accommodate 20 people. The total area of all floors is 3000 sq. Ft. (279 m2).
