This chalet was previously a memorable restaurant at Mont Sainte-Anne. The "Chez Albert" restaurant was renowned for its wood-fired pizza, which has delighted connoisseurs for 25 years. The Quebec ancestral style building was built in 1970 by Albert Alarcon, of French origins.
Following some renovations and transformations, this chalet offers the possibility of opening its own restaurant for a few days. Whether it is to call on a chef, a caterer or even to concoct meals yourself, a complete and functional restaurant kitchen is available to the occupants.
The bar area, decorated by numerous mirrors, allows you to serve your drinks in style. The pizza oven, meanwhile, is still operational. Enthusiasts can thus have a field day! Vast, bright and warm, the original dining room is equipped to serve groups of up to 40 people.
Chez Albert can accommodate 20 people. The total area of all floors is 3000 ft2 (279 m2).
