Discover Mont Sainte-Anne
Just 30 minutes from Quebec City, Mont-Ste-Anne remains a destination of choice in the Quebec City region to enjoy all that the mountain has to offer and this, 4 seasons. It is not surprising to find a large choice of cottages to rent since the mountain is the major attraction of this region.
Mont Ste-Anne offers 3 ski areas on three slopes with its 71 slopes, a snow park, a boardercross and alpine hiking. Of course, the centre offers cross-country ski trails that stretch 200 km of trails. In summer, the mountain is also popular but for cycling with its XC trails, DH and pump track. Several events are organized and attract people from all over: the Colour Challenge, the great colour sweep, the MSA Nordic Cross Country Club, the climb of the Summits, and, of course, the Vélirium (UCI Mountain Bike World Championships) . At the top of the mountain, paragliding activities are also offered for thrill seekers with incredible views of Quebec City, the St. Lawrence River, the Côte de Beaupré and the Laurentian Mountains. At the foot of the mountain, learn the techniques of ice canyoning in a frosty landscape, take a dog sled ride or skate on the ice ring. The golf club "Le Vallon" with its 18-hole course enjoys a site with a magnificent view of the mountain.
Otherwise, enjoy one of three Nordic spas that all offer baths, massage therapy and body treatments. And for a moment of contemplation, visit the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica located near Mont-Ste-Anne.
