A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon reservation. This deposit includes the lodging tax, but excludes the GST-QST. We know that an accident can happen quickly, that is why we thank you for always advising us in the event of equipment breakage or damage to places. Generally, we will settle everything amicably and often without even charging you a fee when the items in question are inexpensive.
On the other hand, in the event of theft, unreported equipment damage, poor condition places, a gap in housekeeping when you leave and / or non-compliance with the regulations below, we will charge you $ 500. Villas Champêtres are offered to you in a technological environment, in the event that a device seems not to work, please notify us and we will ensure the proper functioning of the device. Please never touch the connections and / or the wires of the devices available to you under penalty of a fine.
Les Villas Champêtres are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Villas Champêtres and their owners are not responsible for forgetting personal items. Please check carefully before leaving the premises, as they will not be returned.
Villas Champêtres are offered in a smoke-free environment.
The spa is offered to you with clean water, it is your duty to keep it so by taking a shower before each use. If you want a water change during your stay, this will incur an additional charge of $ 100.
Before your departure, we ask you to respect certain instructions:
