Spacious cottage with 10 bedrooms and four sofa beds that can sleep up to 24 people. Large central rooms and bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the lake. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The Villa has a billiard room and a playroom with ping-pong and baby foot.
The Villa can accommodate up to 24 people to sleep and up to 56 people to meet. For more bedrooms, Villa # 2 and # 3 are needed (13 bedrooms)

Lake St-François-Xavier’s Villas, located on the lake are three adjacent buildings on the same domain. The Villas have 6, 7 and 10 bedrooms, sleeping respectively 14, 18 and 24 people. Large central rooms offer stunning views of the lake. 20 of the 23 bedrooms have their own complete bathroom.
Lake St-francois-Xavier's Villas are a comfortable 55 minute drive north of Montreal on the shores of Lake St-Francois-Xavier in the town of Montfort in the municipality of Wentworth-North. To get to the "Villas", which borders on the "Aerobic Corridor", you will most likely pass through the towns of St-Sauveur and Morin-Heights which are 20 and 10 minutes respectively from Montfort. The old CN rail line, now the "Aerobic Corridor", is 55 kilometres long, stretching from Morin Heights to St-Rémi d'Ahmerst weaving its way into Montfort and 2 kilometres around Lake St-Francois-Xavier.

The lake St-François-Xavier' Villas are surrounded by cross-country ski trails. Morin-Heights cross-country ski club track sets the 9 kilometers on the Aerobic Corridor between Morin-Heights and Montfort. Just walking a few feet outside the Villas, the Viking ski club offers more than 50 kilometers of perfect cross-country skiing in the woods.
Snowshoe trails are also close by the Villas for a nice walk in the woods and on the mountain.
