Magnificent unique architectural home designed and built by the sculptor Robert Lachance. This vast and beautiful chalet can accommodate up to 10 people (Rate according to number of persons). The house has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms with shower, one with bath. The modern kitchen, the large dinning-room and the living-room are all combined in one giant open area on the ground floor. The floor below houses a large living room with a pool table. There are 2 hd TVs, one 46' and one 38'in the living-rooms. Large balcony-terrace is home to the bbq. a hot swimming-pool in season and a Spa open all year round

Regardless of the climate, you'll enjoy the private heated swimming pool and year-round outdoor spa.

The house is located in a 3 acres estate atop the highest mountain in Val-David where the views are breathtaking! Bordering the val-david/val-morin Regional Park with its 1 900 acres of Crown land, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and mountain climbing literally start in the backyard. The village of Val-David with all amenities is 5 minutes by car.

Small pets allowed with restrictions and under certain conditions.

WOW! We had a wonderful three days in this beautiful cottage. Even more impressive on site than the pictures. TRUE little paradise! I've never rented a cottage as well equipped. We really wanted for nothing. Looking for something, you find it. Everything is very well organized. It's clean, it's beautiful, it's really as exceptional and unique place. The decor and architecture provides an almost magical atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone! The owner is welcoming and very friendly. Both adults and children have found their account with all the toys there, sledding, spa, pool table, cross country skiing or snowshoeing with the Regional Park just next door. 3 days of family cocooning in a magical environment with beautiful views in the distance and no close neighbors. We all felt alone in the world but at the same time 5 minutes from the town for the races. To discover and surely return. The only flaw ... it breaks your heart when you have to leave ... sniff ...
