Beautiful new luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home built in 2014, directly waterfront. Just over 1 hour from Montreal, and only 20 minutes to Ste Agathe, the cottage is both secluded yet very accessible year round.
Highlights include 5 bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets), extra large kitchen with island and TWO refrigerators, exterior spa in screened-in veranda, lower level living room and games area with executive billiards table (and ping pong as well). TV with Netflix. Forested privacy all around, extra large lawn, 2 acres of land, 400 ft curved driveway, and a true sandy beach waterfront ideal for the smallest of visitors.
Aside from the highlights of the cottage itself, the area around Lac Canard is peaceful and tranquil, just forest roads, never traffic worries, and a peaceful non motorized clean lake. Lots of forest hiking trails right from the door and wonderful full forest or lake views from all rooms.
