On the property of the 4 chalets, the 603 has direct access to the water's edge, at the mouth of the river and of Petit Kiamika lake. As the water is shallow, children can swim safely.

Enjoy the outdoors on the beach, on the dock, on the lake, or even in the gazebo. At your disposal, two paddle boats, a rowboat, a double kayak, the BBQ as well as an outdoor fireplace for beautiful evenings around the fire.

Within walking distance you will find the grocery store with SAQ counter, the bakery, bar, dairy bar and restaurant.

The chalet is well equipped and includes WI-FI. Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glassware, pots and microwaves. In the living room: television, sound system, DVD, mini library and board games. For your comfort: air conditioning and wood stove (wood provided).

The village is known for its activities outdoors. Fishing is excellent and hunting abundant.The nature trails of Chute-St-Philippe offer hiking, hebertism, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The property is located very close to the Quad and snowmobile trails. And all summer long, you can enjoy water sports on the region's magnificent crystal-clear lakes. A boat descent to the lake is located just in front of the chalet.
