Cottage Description

A magnificent chalet with a romantic and peaceful character. Located on a huge lot on the waterfront in St-Jean-de-Matha, chalet Blanc is perfect for celebrating with friends, family or just lovers. Everything is there for cooking or having a good BBQ and eating inside and out. A large SPA is on the balcony to facilitate access and to contemplate the view of the water. Recently renovated, the white chalet offers perfect comfort to rest both in the living room and in the comfortable beds. Kayaks, paddle board are also available to enjoy the magnificent lake of Lac Noir. It is even possible to rent a pontoon (see with the owner, 514-992-4414) and go to the beach. Unlimited WiFi and guaranteed happiness!

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 Minimum age to book is 30 years old. A higher security deposit may be required at discretion, at time of booking.

1.2 A deposit of five hundred dollars ($ 500), made by bank transfer to infochalet@immogpg.com is required upon booking. This deposit is refunded if the rental conditions are met, within 2 to 10 days of your departure.

1.3 The full balance of the rental amount must be paid twenty (20) days before the occupancy date, by bank transfer to infochalet@immogpg.com. No personal checks will be accepted nineteen (19) days prior to occupancy.

1.4 If the reservation is made within twenty (20) days of the occupancy date, full payment is required.

1.5 Cancellation policy: no cancellation is refundable within a period of eighty-nine (89) days. If the cancellation occurs more than ninety (90) days, the required security deposit will be refunded. COVID: THE STAY WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY if the chalet is in the red zone.a cancellation fee of $ 75 will be kept and returned on a next reservation.

1.6 Subletting is prohibited.

1.7 Liability of the owner: the owner assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or theft from the tenant and his guests, or accidents during the stay at the chalet.

2. conditions

2.1 Campfire must be of minimal height in the assigned seat and extinguished completely if no supervision.

2.2 The dishes must be washed and put in place, as on arrival.

2.3 Garbage cans must be emptied as they arrive and put in the appropriate bin at the edge of the street (in front of the large garage located on rue Cèdres-du-Liban).

2.4 The chalet must be left in a state of order and cleanliness. See the "Cleaning" sheet left on the counter on your arrival for all the things to clean.

2.5 No smoking inside the chalet.

2.6 Small pets are accepted "with the owner's permission" . Please advise us when making your reservation.The tenant is responsible for the behavior of his animal and for any damage that may be caused to the chalet, furniture, accessories and the land. All excrement must obviously be collected.

2.7 You must respect the tranquility of the premises, the neighbors and no loud music is tolerated outside the chalet.

2.8 Doors and windows must be locked when the chalet is unattended and on departure at the end of the stay.

2.9 All thermostats must be at fifteen (15) degrees celcius upon departure.

2.10 In winter, during snowfall, the stairs and entry are the responsibility of the tenant. Shovels are available to the tenant for proper snow removal.

2.11 Lock the door, patio door and windows securely.

2.12 Paddle boards and kayaks are at your disposal. Please note that there is no more pedal boat available.

2.13 Bedding, shower and beach towels are not included. Additional cost of $ 15 / bed and $ 10 / towel will be charged if requested.

2.14 Unlimited wifi.

2.15 You must at all times respect the maximum number of people of eight (8) people. a fee of twenty-five dollars ($ 25) more for each additional person will be charged. Note that we always need to know the number of people who will be present, it is a matter of insurance.

2.16 Note that the television does not have cable, it is connected to a dvd player and a variety of films for children and families are available in the cabinet under the tv in the upstairs left bedroom.

2.17 Please wash the bbq at the end of your stay and leave the hood open to let the bbq ventilate. Thank you.

2.18 For those who like coffee, please note that we have a Keurig coffee maker. Plan to bring coffee capsules.
