Obligations of the tenant

o No towel, washcloth, soap, mushroom or other body cleaning accessory is included in the chalets.

S Cabin cleaning products

o The owner provides ecological and biodegradable cleaning products from "The Unscented Compagny" for dishes, hand soap, laundry soap and the all-purpose. These products are colorant and fragrance free. The tenant must not throw away or dispose of the bottles and containers provided because they are reusable and product refills are available in 3 businesses in the municipality of Entrelacs.

o Tenants must use soaps and phosphate-free products for body care.

o Note: It is forbidden to wash or do the dishes or washing in the lake.

S Kitchen accessories, bbq in the cabins

o Appliances (electric stove and refrigerators) are present in the cabins.

o Cookware with dishes and utensils is available in each of the cabins .

o a gas bbq is available for each chalet.The filling of the bottles is at the expense of the owner; briquettes and lighting accessories will be provided by the tenant.

S Water available at the chalets

o For the chalet at 771 des Tourterelles, tap water is not drinkable. It is drawn from the lake for services (dishes, toiletries, etc.). a refrigerated drinker (to install 20 liter jugs) is provided to the tenant. The tenant has the permission to come at all times to fetch water "deemed" drinkable, (drawn from an artesian well) at a tap located on the owner's terrace at 790 Des Tourterelles, Entrelacs.

o For the chalet from 780 des Tourterelles tap water is drawn from an artesian well and is presumed drinkable. An analysis of the potability of the water is carried out on the 1st Sunday of each year.

o note: The tenant cannot sue the owner on the pretext that he was not informed of the quality of the water.

S Parking

o The vehicles of the tenant and its guests must necessarily be parked in the asphalt parking spaces near the chalets.
