Ice fishing is prohibited.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
A security deposit of $200 is required when booking, refunded no later than 1 week after your departure if no damage.
Non-smoking, no pets.
The dates of occupation are blocked upon receipt of the reservation deposit.
