Larinda's Landing Oceanfront Cottages in Nova Scotia has eight gorgeous, well-appointed cottages for rent located only 30 minutes outside the city of Halifax. The cottages are situated on the famous lighthouse route and beautiful St. Margaret`s Bay, right on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

The property's convenient location on the popular Lighthouse Route makes it a great home base to explore this beautiful region. Larinda's Landing is within an hour drive of several amazing attractions, such as Peggy's Cove and its renowned lighthouse, the beautiful city of Halifax, the UNESCO World Heritage Town of Lunenburg and the stunning, picturesque towns of Mahone Bay, Chester, and Hubbards. Across the province and only 60 minutes away you can visit the beautiful town of Wolfville in Annapolis Valley on the Bay of Fundy which has the greatest tides around the world. Go tidal board rafting or relax and indulge while visiting some of Nova Scotia's award winning wineries such as Grand Pre Winery`Domaine de Grandpre`, Gaspereau Vineyards, L'Acadie Vineyards and Blomidon Estate Wineries.

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage
At Larinda’s Landing, we require a three-night minimum stay during our High Season. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are looking for a one or two-night stay, we may have a one or two-night opening between bookings.

All reservations require a 25% deposit + HST upon booking.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as Interac (debit) on site.

For Cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy on our website.

All rates are based on double occupancy, two guests per bedroom.

Check in time is 3:00 pm – Check out time is 10:30 am.

Late check-out upon request. A late check-out fee may apply. Acceptance of a late check-out is solely within the discretion of Larinda's Landing and is subject to availability of your cottage on the day of your check-out.

We allow a maximum of 1 (one) extra guest per cottage for an overnight stay. Additional guests (5-12 years) are $10.00 + HST per night and (13 years and up) are $15.00 + HST per night and includes a roll-away bed.

We are a dog friendly property and accept a maximum of 2 (two) small to medium dogs per cottage. There is a fee of $20.00 + HST per dog per night and a dog waiver is required upon arrival. Visit our website to review our dog policy and dog waiver requirements. Owners will be responsible for any damages as a result of their dog(s).

We have a do not disturb other guests policy from 11.00 pm - 8.00 am on the property.
