Cozy property located on the shores of Lake Aylmer with private dock and landscaped grounds with spa. It will allow you to spend an unforgettable relaxing stay.

Fully equipped, it offers everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience. 2 kayaks will be available for your stay in order to enjoy the nautical pleasures. Able to accommodate 8 people with its 3 bedrooms, your guests will be only satisfied!

Exterior and equipment offered;

This fully equipped chalet in a very popular area with spa (4 seasons) under a gazebo, hammock and outdoor dining area can only satisfy your senses.

An outdoor and indoor fireplace can warm up your moments of family relaxation.

For fishing enthusiasts, the lake abounds in various species.

In winter, you will have the feeling of being at one with nature by practicing snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling and mountain biking with its trails nearby.

Note: the mountain bike trails are between 1.5 km and 8 km.

Interior spaces and bedrooms;

This welcoming residence can accommodate up to 8 people.

You will find 3 bedrooms upstairs;

1- a master bedroom with a King bed and a single folding bed

2- a bedroom with a Queen bed as well a single folding bed

3- a bedroom with a double bed

The master bedroom offers a lounge area with television as well as access to the balcony with a splendid view of the lake.

(09 ) The open-air ground floor includes a kitchen equipped with fondue and raclette stoves, the dining room with its table that can accommodate your whole family, the living room as well as a shower and laundry room. There is also a full bathroom with bath and shower.

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

During the night, the house can not be occupied by more people than the number entered in the contract and / or the maximum number that covers the expenses of your stay. Notify the owner of any changes to this effect. This number must be respected. The safety, comfort and well-being of the occupants are at stake. Any derogation will be reported to the owner, and an amount of $ 200 per person may be retained from the security deposit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The tenant must notify the owner of any BREAK OR DAMAGE caused during his / her stay

The tenant is responsible for the material and bodily damages occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for whatever reason, except damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the owner's homeowners insurance policy.The tenant and any other person on the rented premises undertake to keep the owner from leaving and without any claim made by anyone resulting from the damages for which they are responsible.

The tenant agrees to give the rented building at the end of its rental period in the same condition as when it arrived. The tenant is responsible for the breakages caused by his personal facts and those of the persons who accompany him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except the normal wear and tear of the places)

The tenant s' agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable level of noise, both inside and out. After 11:00, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The owner shall ensure that the leased establishment holds a classification certificate issued by the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec in accordance with the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments and still in force

The owner can not be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the tenant and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the establishment.

The owner can not be held responsible for theft or loss of property of the tenant or his guests during the stay.

SPECIFIC CLAUSE (S)

-To practice the instructions related to the use of the SPA so that at your departure the water is suitable for swimming as well as for your arrival. Additional fees may be required if this is not the case.

-Furthermore, fees could be added if the condition of the building (extra cleaning) required an excessive time for the restoration.

UNLOCKING of the chalet Upon your arrival

- you will find the key of this building in a small box located near the front door.

The owner will contact you a few days before your stay, for you give the code and some instructions for use. If you have not received your code, you can contact him directly by contacting him (see his contact information on page 1).

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open the small black panel that covers the keyboard

2. Enter the numeric code, provided by email or telephone, by the owner or his representative

3. Lower the small black latch to the left

4. The small box will open (or you can open it by pulling towards you) and the key will be inside

5. When you leave, drop the key in the small box and modify the numbers to hide the code.

Recommendations at departure

Return the building in the same condition as on arrival (except cleaning)

Make sure all windows and doors are closed and barred. We ask you that:

The dishes are washed

The waste is placed in the green bin and recycled in the blue bin or as indicated in your rental contract

The fireplace or wood stove be off, if applicable.

Make sure the spa cover is in place, as well as the strap

If you have used the outdoor BBQ, please clean it, close the propane tank and make sure that the protective cover is in place

A check will be made after the departure of the tenants, by the maintenance team, for breakage, lack of equipment or extraordinary cleaning to do.

We want to give guests what they are entitled to expect, such as when you arrive for your stay.
