RESERVATION POLICIES
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
A deposit of $500 is required when making your reservation, which must be paid by credit card. A confirmation email with the details of your reservation will be sent to you afterwards.
The total amount of the rental must be paid 30 days before your arrival. An email with access will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival
Sales taxes (GST and QST) as well as accommodation tax will be invoiced in addition.
The chalets are available from 4 p.m. Departure must be by 11 a.m.
Accepted methods of payment are: credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, no deposit or amount will not be refunded. However, your stay could be rescheduled.

no reduction will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.
Pets are accepted with certain restrictions.
Smoking is prohibited in the chalets.

Garbage disposal: the garbage collection procedure is included in the rule book provided inside the cabins.
The departure procedure is also available inside the chalets.
