On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen and the open-plan dining room have direct access to the beautiful large terrace through a patio door. The dining area overlooking the lake is perfect for BBQ meals. On the same floor there is a closed bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a nice little living room with comfortable sofa and a complete bathroom with bath-shower.
