The Saint-Phil is a brand new construction in the magnificent area of the Massif du Sud in Chaudière-Appalaches. This new chalet was designed and built specifically for recreational and tourist rental. It is a quality building with a host of details that bring the rental experience in a chalet to another level.

Le Sait-Phil has all the qualities associated with the Scandinavian style: purity, simplicity and feature. Its abundant fenestration offers a breathtaking view of the Massif du Sud as well as very high brightness. The chalet is located on a large lot entirely surrounded by mature trees. Its location is ideal since it is private and quiet.

The chalet offers great comfort with its quality furniture and equipment. It inspires calm and relaxation and its respectable dimensions contribute to the well-being of customers.

Here are the characteristics of the Saint-Phil in brief:
