Located at one hour of Quebec City, L'Islet-sur-Mer is a country of sailors with beautiful houses with traditional architecture. You will find all the sweetness of the St. Lawrence estuary and the charm of the most picturesque villages of the province.

In spring and fall we are the best spot at the forefront to watch, from very close, hundreds of white geese (April to mid-May).

50% deposit to confirm the booking.

Maximum of 6 people incluants children. Arrival and departure on Sunday.

Pets : We do allow well mannered, house broken small dogs outside the white geese migration periods.

To allow everyone to enjoy the peace, privacy, and tranquility of the site we do not tolerate merrymakers and partys.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our condos well in advance, we require a minimun of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your condo in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75 service charge; cancellations 7 days or less will be responsible for full amount of stay. All Holidays will be charged in full.
