Cottage Description

On the banks of the river, in the heart of a migratory bird sanctuary, L'Oie Blanche sur Mer offers, on a weekly basis, a spacious three-bedroom holiday resort.

One hour drive from the city of Quebec, Islet-sur-Mer is a country of sailors with beautiful houses with traditional architecture. The grandeur of the landscape of the St. Lawrence estuary and the picturesque charm of the villages of the south coast.

This unit has a large private terrace with a BBQ and exceptional views of the river, the tides and the spectacular sunsets.

In the spring and fall, thousands of white geese come together and offer a spectacular show. The property is bordered by the small Turtle River which comes to throw its fresh water in the salty river. This particular situation makes it a privileged site where one can observe a wide range of fauna and botany.

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

50% deposit on reservation and a post-dated check at the amount of the balance of the stay.

Pets : Outside the white geese migration period, we do allow well mannered, house broken dogs. $40 fees per pet.

To allow everyone to enjoy the peace, privacy, and tranquility of the site we do not tolerate merrymakers and partys. At the departure, the condo should be left as it was on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our condos well in advance, we require a minimun of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your condo in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75 service charge; cancellations 7 days or less, or during the stay, will be responsible for the full amount. All Holidays will be charged in full.
