Terms and Conditions of the Cottage
Reservation

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 30 days before the start of the rental.

A check for $ 500 postdated to the first day of stay is requested as a guarantee for breakage and damage. This check will be destroyed after your stay if everything is put back in good condition.

Payments can be made by checks, direct payment or by Paypal.

If the rental is made ten (10) days before the start of the stay , payment in cash may be required.

Cancellation

If the cancellation notice is received a minimum of 30 days before the start date of the stay, the The 20% deposit will be retained by the landlord as liquidated damages and post-dated checks for the balance on the rental and the breakage and damage security deposit will be returned to you.

In the event of a cancellation received less than thirty (30) days preceding the date of the stay, all sums collected will be retained by the lessor as liquidated damages except the security deposit for breakage and legal damages. which will be returned to you.
