Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE:

- To keep and maintain the accommodation in good condition, as well as the furniture and accessories installed for the exclusive use of the Tenant and his guests as well as all sports or outdoor equipment made available to them

- To respect private areas guarded for the exclusive use of the Owner

- To be responsible for the appliances, furniture, accessories and equipment made available to them during the rental and for any damage caused to them. this is through his fault or that of his guests

- To wash the dishes and utensils used, to put them back where they were on arrival and to leave the accommodation clean

- To dispose of household garbage and recyclable materials in the appropriate places

- No smoking in the accommodation.Not to throw cigarette butts on the grounds and the surroundings of the chalet

- Not to have pets on the property or on the grounds and the surroundings of the chalet

- Not to make "Party"

- Not to disturb the peace of the neighbors

- To allow the Owner to access the accommodation at all times whether to inspect it or to carry out urgent work necessary to maintain the premises or its equipment in good condition.

REIMBURSEMENT OF THE GUARANTEE, AFTER INSPECTION AT the end of the stay

the inspection will be done in two stages:

 Before departure, the Tenant must do a partial inspection of the premises and is responsible for reporting to the Owner any mischief, breakage, damage, etc. which could have occurred during the stay

 a few days following the departure of the Tenant, the maintenance team will clean the Accommodation and note any mischief, breakage, damage, etc. which could have occurred during the stay

If nothing particular emanates from these two stages of inspection, the deposit is reversed.
